Quorning Boats has built a Dragonfly 28 Touring Tri Me boat, specially designed for a longer test sailing in the waters around the island of Funen in the heart of Denmark. Our Tri Me boat is based at the yard in Skærbæk by Fredericia.

The Dragonfly 28 Tri Me boat can be booked on a weekly basis only (Tuesday-Monday) in the season, which is May till September. We require that the skipper must have good sailing skills and be able to present a sailing certificate. The Dragonfly 28 Tri Me cannot be rented for single-handed sailing. The first day of the rental period will include an introduction and training (by an experienced Dragonfly sailor) in handling and sailing a Dragonfly 28 Touring.

The Dragonfly 28 offers four full size comfortable berths of each 2 m, a nice main cabin and a very big cockpit for the whole crew. Instruments, safety equipment and pantry equipment are included - you need to bring your personal things and sleeping gear. 

Former Dragonfly Tri Me guests have been taken away by this new experience. Some of them have emphasized, how truly surprised they were when realising the clever solutions down below - making holiday sailing possible even for a family of 5 - not having to downsize at all. By the end of May/beginning of June 2017, Sandy Parks and family went out for a spin onboard our Dragonfly 28 Tri Me 1, doing a Tri Me “test” for Blue Water Sailing (US sail magazine).
